What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge is generating new business and new clients. I'm largely responsible for building my own client base in my practice.
While I'm busy servicing my current clients, I also need to ensure a consistent stream of new clients. It can take months or even years for potential leads to convert into clients.
Therefore, I must always consider who to connect with and foster relationships with people who can introduce me to prospective clients. This is a significant part of my day-to-day and week-to-week work – actively seeking out new business opportunities.
