How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I'll go back to something I said before about being hungry, humble, and smart. A lot of elements of the industry we can show and teach people how to be successful in.
But if you have that drive and that will to do the right thing and focus to make sure you get it done, to me, those have been the key elements. Those have been the key elements in all of the industries I've worked for.
If individuals have those core elements, they can certainly have success in this industry and many others.
