What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I think what's most enjoyable are two aspects of it. One is working with people in teams on a common goal, common strategy, and philosophy.
Earlier in my career, I had a chance to take some time off, and I didn't realize how much I would miss the collaboration with team members and coworkers.
Also, being able to support patients and help them get our medications and stay on our medications has been very rewarding. I was part of Disney when we opened California Adventure, and helping patients has been a more rewarding experience than that.
