What is your biggest challenge in your role?
Right now, I think the biggest challenge is the changing landscape within the pharmaceutical industry. There's a lot of scrutiny on drug prices and, um, XUS prices.
There's also a lot of legislation proposed by the current administration, and it lacks a lot of clarity. So, one of the biggest challenges is trying to navigate the legal landscape of what the industry is going through.
This needs to be balanced with maintaining a focus on doing what's right for the patients.
