What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

What I enjoy most about my current role is that I'm constantly learning. Every project is a little bit different. I'm learning about new policies that I have to follow and which home product works for what market.

I've been in this role for almost four years, and I'm still learning every single day. I think it's important to have an open mindset, to not expect to know everything, and to recognize that learning makes you a better employee for this role.

Each project also brings its own set of challenges. Even though you're doing a lot of tasks that seem similar, they are all different. For example, when pulling permits, every city has its own set of rules you must follow to get the permit and build a home. It's fun that I feel like I'm always learning something and using that skillset for the next project.
