What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I enjoy most about my current role is that it's fast-paced. It is always changing and developing.
Being in the home building industry at the end of the day, it's really rewarding knowing that I contributed to building homes for families who are going to enjoy living there for decades to come.
I grew up in a residential subdivision that was built by a home builder. I had a lot of neighbors who would come out and hang out together. Knowing that somebody built my neighborhood and allowed me to have the opportunity to grow up like that is really cool.
I think it's really cool that I will be able to drive by a project in 20 years and say, "I helped work on that."
