What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
Right now, I'm an independent consultant. It really depends on what the client is looking for help with. I do marketing and brand strategy consulting.
Sometimes that involves optimizing their website for conversions, especially if their main KPI is sales. KPI means key performance indicator. Other times, clients need help with social media or branding.
The majority of the time, I work with startups or smaller companies. Since I have startup and entrepreneurial experience, my work can be broader.
This might include help with operations or anything related to starting a business. So, yes, it can cover a wide range of things.
The short answer is that I do a variety of things, and I guess that's the benefit of being an independent consultant – you have that kind of freedom.
