What do you enjoy most about being in your industry? As far as user experience or product design, whatever you want to call it?
I like that the industry is constantly evolving. There's always new technology being introduced, so there's always something new to learn.
But there are some things that never change. It's always about people in the end, and that's what truly fascinates me.
It's fun when I describe what I do to other people. I get that look like, "Oh, you're a wizard, aren't you?" Because they just don't understand the tech side of it, when really it's about people.
