What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I think what I enjoyed the most was the autonomy to initiate my own projects. It was on me to observe different processes and suggest ways to improve them. I had the freedom to manage my own schedule, which was great.
There was also a lot of creativity involved in coming up with solutions to problems and preparing slide decks. That was completely on me.
I also loved working with different sets of people every day. Although I did have a team that I used to supervise, I would have to go and set up these meetings and conduct interviews of different departments. I liked building those relationships with people.
