What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
Being in the air transport and hospitality industries, I loved how I was able to observe the dynamism within them. There's a lot of seasonality, holidays, and large-scale events. Everything had to be customized to the end user, the customer.
Also, I'm a huge foodie. When I worked on these various projects, I got to try a lot of delicious dishes. These were made freshly by international and very decorated chefs, so that was quite interesting.
