What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
For me, the biggest challenge was that every day is so different because I don't have any set tasks for the day or the month. Time management can become a little challenging because I don't know how long a certain activity would take or how long a project could last.
I ended up working by deadlines, and everything would get jammed towards the end. Also, I was supervising a team that did not align with my project work, so sometimes I felt overloaded.
And then, of course, I had a very demanding boss. I think that was an individual experience, and I don't believe that would be the case with every business strategist.
