As someone who identifies as a woman, how has that impacted how you navigated your career?
Being a woman in the entertainment industry is definitely difficult. I think it's really important not to be intimidated.
There are a lot of strong-willed men who may be louder or have bigger egos. Just because you are a little quieter or not as outspoken doesn't mean you should be intimidated.
And just because they are louder than you doesn't mean they know any better. I also think it's important to find strong female role models who support and want to empower women in the industry. They will really be your advocates and can help you navigate difficult conversations and work scenarios.
