What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I really enjoy that every day is so different. We have so many different shows, different genres from rock and pop to Latin. We even had a Chinese artist come through the building.
Everything is different every day, and there's really nothing like seeing 17,000 people in the venue enjoying a show that you've been working so hard on. Being able to see that tangible result of your hard work in action is so rewarding. It's so fun.
Everyone I work with is really passionate and loves music. They love to be a part of putting on something spectacular for so many people to enjoy. That really energizes me and makes hard days and long weeks worthwhile.
