What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I definitely think being able to be very fast-paced is important. Communication strategy means no two days are the same.
There could be one day where there is a very light load, with just a little bit of social media and newsletters. But then sometimes you have a really big report due.
You have to do analytics and live-tweet a webinar as it goes on. So I definitely think being able to multitask is key.
Also, having accuracy and being able to do your research is important. You can do all these things, but if you do them badly, it's not going to work.
Having your eye on the ball at all times is probably the hardest part, but also the most fun part of my job.
