What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

I think what I enjoy most about being in my current role is how creative it is. It's very invigorating. When I'm creative, I feel very alive, like I'm growing and sharing. I also feel like I'm connecting with people, which is really awesome.

Another really good part is the environment. I believe your environment is what makes you. It's not just what you know, but who you know. My coworkers are just the best.

At my old job, I didn't have a lot of coworker friendships or interpersonal relationships. I was very quiet, and it just didn't feel like a good fit for me. This was the plumbing job, to be specific. I was very out of place.

Now, here in the marketing department, it's like a breath of fresh air. I love coming to work and never feel like I have to complain. I love the coworkers because I feel like they're friends.
