What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I love the flexibility and the variety of it all. But most of all, I really enjoy watching people get it and watch the light bulb turn on.
We see how much what we do can really help them. We give people the ability to create financial independence for themselves.
That's really fun when you get somebody who's excited about it and wants to get involved in investing. They're just getting started on that path.
That feels really great to feel that excitement, and that's really fun for me. There's so much to learn, and it reminds me of how excited I was when I first got into the business. So, that's my favorite part.
