What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

The thing I most enjoy about my current role is the people I work with. Some are absolutely phenomenal folks who try very hard and keep a sunny disposition, even when things are really tough or stressful. We have become a really tight-knit group and really help each other personally and professionally.

I also really believe in the mission of what we're doing. We are providing facts and data to people who might not know if they're reading the news or trusting that news organization for accurate analysis. Unfortunately, not all news organizations are trustworthy in that way, and the same goes for whatever communications you're looking for.

We are teaching people how to find the data themselves and how to analyze it, so they have a sense of what is actually going on behind the pundits. That's a truly remarkable place to be, especially in the type of world we're in right now. There aren't a lot of opportunities to really drill down to the facts and give the facts to people, and this is a place to do that. It's pretty remarkable.
