What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

My biggest challenge is making sure I'm working on business development at the same time I'm serving clients. I mentioned earlier that I always need to have a pipeline of potential and new clients running strong in the background. This is because sometimes client projects only last three, two, or six months.

I'm the type of person who honestly has a hard time multitasking. This is especially true when I need to have two major focuses at the same time: ensuring my current clients are happy and their projects are running smoothly.

I also need to be available to work on those projects, troubleshoot, and help solve problems for them and my internal team. At the same time, I need to be laser-focused on who the next project or client will be.

I think about how we can attract them, be proactive in seeking clients, and where our new clients are. We also need to figure out how we can reach them and make enough money for everything to succeed.
