As someone who identifies as a woman in business, how has that impacted how you've navigated your career?
Being a woman in business is definitely not easy. The way I've used that to navigate is by connecting with other women in business.
I've asked people to be my mentor and reflected on their growth within the company or their roles. This has been very helpful in connecting and identifying myself as someone who wants to be that person one day. I use them as a role model to grow in the company or in my role.
