What do you enjoy the most about being in your role?
What I enjoy most about my role is being an owner of a P&L, being an owner of the income statement.
What that really means is that whatever numbers I provide to my partners or leaders are my numbers. The ability and confidence to speak to them makes me feel very secure in myself and adds a lot of trust and accountability.
