What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you started?
Being humble and respectful goes a really long way. I don't think people say "thank you" enough and show appreciation for those not just on your team, but those who work with you from other departments.
Providing kindness and respect can really go a long way. They'll remember you as a positive force and want you by their side.
Education in this industry doesn't mean as much as the experiences you have and what you're willing to bring to the table. How hard you're willing to work also matters.
The more you show these things, the more successful you'll be, not just in this role, but in this industry as well.
