What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
The biggest lesson I've learned is that you can make a positive impact and bring change, no matter your position or title. The highest title I ever held was Director of Corporate Strategy.
Now, with a team of 15 people, I'm an individual contributor. However, I still feel like I'm making an impact in my job and on the people I surround myself with.
Everything I absolutely loved doing as a director, I'm still able to do as a program manager. So, don't let your title dictate your power.
