What does the day in the life of a program manager look like?
Every day is different, but my typical daily routine involves web strategy meetings with the team and the web team. This is a significant part of my strategic responsibilities.
I also have several one-on-one meetings with the product marketing strategists on our team. Since we have multiple verticals, each has a product strategist.
These meetings allow me to discuss their campaigns and budgets. The rest of my day is usually spent in meetings with my senior director regarding ongoing projects.
We often receive one-off requests from other departments. Ultimately, my role involves a lot of communication via email and Teams meetings to ensure deadlines are met.
