What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

From the ed tech industry, what I've seen so far is that it's ever-evolving. We are constantly looking for ways to make it better. It doesn't stay stagnant for too long, which I really enjoy.

I thrive in that fast-paced environment with constant change. It really fuels me. So I leverage those qualities quite a bit in the work that I do, getting others excited for the change that we have coming up and helping them understand the benefits of switching over to a new system or doing things a different way.

I think that's what I enjoy most about the industry as a whole. You can really feel that energy and the desire to improve things consistently.
