What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I like that I get to work with so many different people and on all the different initiatives. No two projects are really the same; everything is a little bit different, and I really enjoy that.
I can get bored pretty quickly if things are the same, moving in and out. So, the fact that it's also very different is definitely something that I quite enjoy in the position that I'm in.
I also like that I get to work with a lot of various internal teams, but also some of our external resources and vendors. It really helps open me up to seeing how other people work, how other people collaborate, how we do it within our different teams, but also how people do it on the broader, global stage. That's always very interesting to me.
I thrive in a constantly changing environment, so I feel like the position that I have now really plays on that. Change management is also a big passion of mine. It's something I've done quite a bit in my career, and being able to do so much of that in the current position that I'm in now, I really enjoy as well.
