What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
In my current role, my title is Executive Director of Clinical Services. I work for Rethink Care, which is one of the main companies under our Rethink First umbrella.
Rethink Care has two main programs. One supports parents raising children with learning, social, or behavioral challenges.
The other program is for neurodivergent individuals in the workplace, including autistic adults, adults with ADHD, and those who may not have a formal diagnosis but are struggling.
As the clinical director, my job is quite eclectic. I oversee content for the site and our consultation services. We have masters and doctoral level clinicians who provide consultations to both parents and neurodivergent employees.
I also create content and support our team of clinicians. I work as part of a transdisciplinary team, collaborating with our sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, and product teams. This ensures we deliver the best possible content and programs. It's a challenging but very fun job.
