What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
What I enjoy the most about my current role in the biotech industry is that it continues to feel like you're part of something bigger than yourself. I don't want to just work because I make money.
Obviously, I want to make money so I can live and survive, but I want to feel like I'm contributing to something bigger. Knowing that we're providing cell therapy products, vaccines, and other things in this industry to make people's lives better, healthier, and to help them live longer, adds to that longevity.
That gives me a lot of accomplishment and pride in what I do.
