What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
My company, Eye to Eye, focuses on providing corporate strategy services to early-stage startups. Most of my time is spent helping startups prepare themselves to either raise capital, be acquired, or IPO.
Most of my clients these days fall into one of the earlier categories: raising capital or seeking acquisition. The IPO market has been a little dry lately.
I did get an opportunity to ring the bell for one of our clients, Leaf Acquisition Corporation, which is a SPAC, in April of last year. That was a real treat.
However, we haven't come across any other IPO clients since then.
