What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I think it's back to time management. No two days are really the same in my job, and having to manage a lot of different moving parts can be pretty tricky.
It's about making sure everyone stays happy, both on the client side and with the brand buyers. You want to ensure everyone's on the same page.
It's easy to let something slip through the cracks, so you need to stay on top of things. Blocking out your time and using it effectively is key.
I think that can be tough because everything goes really fast.
