What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
The one thing I enjoy most about the software and technology world is how things are always changing. Software is known for continuous improvements, and coders can readily make changes and new products. Being around companies on the cutting edge of technology for both businesses and consumers is fascinating.
I love the nimble, agile attitude in the software industry where there's a constant need to change, improve, and iterate on products. This includes how we approach creating, executing, and selling those products. It all means a lot of excitement.
You have to adapt and be sharp, intelligent, and thoughtful about the improvements or changes you're making to existing or new products. Being part of that energizing, constantly improving industry of software and technology is one of the most rewarding aspects.
