What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge is keeping track of many different projects at once because they are in different phases. It's about mentally keeping track and staying excited, or at least willing to work on projects when they are in less exciting phases.
Usually, if we have several projects, one or two will be exciting. The rest are a bit of a grind, which means drawing straight lines, measuring, and ensuring things fit. Fortunately, I have partners who enjoy those tasks as well.
