What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What do I enjoy most? I'd say the people are the thing I enjoy most. That's a common answer.
I used to say I'd rather shovel dirt with good people than work on a rocket or something really cool and flashy in Hollywood with really bad people. So definitely the people.
Secondly, I enjoy seeing the impact of the work that we're doing at my company. I see how it's gradually changing the way we operate and the way we view data and the way we report out on data, and the decisions that come from that. So those are definitely the two primary things that I enjoy.
