How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

That's a tricky question. How would they thrive in this industry? Who typically thrives?

I would say the people who thrive in this industry are gamers at heart. My husband has been in the industry a long time; he was a gamer.

I think the through line is that these people not only love what they do, but they have always wanted to do what they do. They love the end product.

That's why they thrive. They have a vested interest in what they're producing and want to make it as good as possible because they want to play it. They're putting their name on it, and they want it to be good.
