What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I love my job and the people I work with. I'd say that's probably what I enjoy most: the people.

Not only the immensely talented actors I work with daily, but also my clients from the game developers' side. These are people who grew up playing video games and for the most part have always wanted to do this job, and now they're doing it.

It's really cool to work with people daily who have always dreamed of being X, Y, or Z and then they're there. We all drag our heels sometimes and walk in feeling tired.

But at the end of the day, I always say, "Hey guys, it beats P Roads." This is a dream job for almost everyone I interact with daily. So that's what I love about my job the most: seeing everyone's dreams be fulfilled.

It sounds cheesy, but you don't often find industries where that happens a hundred percent of the time.
