What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
The people. I also love that it's an industry that is changing by the minute. I know that's true for many industries these days; we can barely keep up with technology.
However, I'm in an industry where the technology actually started and to see where it's come from. When I started over 20 years ago as a director, and before that as a production manager and producer within the video game industry for sound, I could have never imagined we'd be where we are today.
The advancements in technology and how beautiful these games have turned out are incredible. They inspire films and TV series. It's pretty amazing to be part of such a universally accepted industry.
