The industry is steering towards heavily digital, online social media campaigns. These are so different from the long-lead campaigns we were used to at old-school studios. They're more fast-breaking.
Getting your talent to post on their social media is huge, and targeting that specific audience. Making sure to stay relevant and on top of current trends is very important to continuing in this career.
