What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I like learning something new and the variety in my role. I love visiting new communities and meeting new people.
I've worked hard to build a team culture focused on impact, but also on people. We recognize each other as humans, so we start our day with a quick check-in.
This creates a nice sense of connection that I really care about. I also try to find levity, because while we work hard, it's important to have fun.
Connecting and building bridges with new communities, partners, or opportunities brings me joy. I think about how to make those connections for even greater impact, especially for communities that have been overlooked or excluded from important conversations. This is something I find a lot of meaning in.
