What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

What I enjoy most about being in my industry is the challenging environment we're in right now. There are many really good people with conviction that we can do better for this generation and the next generation.

These people are building a movement called "Movement of Hope." They reach out across geographic and political boundaries to connect donors from each other. This creates a healthier and more productive environment for figuring out how to do things differently than in the past.

There's a real interest in not repeating the same patterns and outcomes. Instead, people are thinking about how to achieve more equitable outcomes and higher education differently. This positions today's youth for greater success and prosperity in the future.

That commitment and willingness to think creatively, entrepreneurially, and differently is really exciting.
