What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I really like the people that I get to work with. I work with many people in different roles and teams, and they also have very different backgrounds.
I feel like I can learn a lot from them. For example, I work with many surgeons who have medical backgrounds. I also work with people focused on clinical evidence who have scientific backgrounds.
Additionally, I get to work with people in marketing and sales who are very personable. I think the diverse group of people I work with and the opportunities I have to learn from them are aspects of my role that I really enjoy.
