What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge comes from it being a very matrixed organization and a cross-functional role. I'm working with many partners in different areas of the business.
Although we have the same long-term, high-level goal of helping the patient, our shorter-term goals and what we're measured on look very different. It can be hard to ensure we all see the bigger picture.
We need to be aligned to that goal to work better together. This will help us move quickly and assist each other in addressing roadblocks.
