What is the most rewarding aspect of being your own boss?
The autonomy has been really positive. It's rewarding to have ownership over my time. It's nice knowing that if I have something to do, I'll get it done.
The autonomy could be a huge pull for you to start your own thing. It's been scary, but also rewarding to see how brave you can be. It's made me feel stronger and more confident in my decisions outside of work.
