As someone who identifies as a woman, how has that impacted how you navigate your career?
It definitely took me some time to find my way to be equally heard in the room. It can be through different ways. It's so important to find how it works for you, and sometimes it's not necessarily to be the loudest, talk the most, or be the most aggressive.
I definitely try different tactics to understand what is working for me. What is making me feel like I'm heard and I'm sitting at the table, leaning in, and raising my hand just as comfortably as a man in the room?
