What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I would say being able to work with so many talented people is a major benefit. When you're at an agency, you work with many different marketers, and they all specialize in different fields.
You learn a lot from the people you work with. You're also exposed to so many different businesses. You work with founders, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Executive Officers, and Chief Marketing Officers.
All these people are extremely accomplished and have sometimes started multiple businesses already. Working with them day to day allows you to learn a lot, and I find that very rewarding.
I would also say creativity is a big factor. You get a lot of opportunity to execute your own creativity and work autonomously on many projects. That part is always a lot of fun.
Lastly, it's the exposure to different businesses. You learn about so many different products, services, and business models. This exposure to so many different things is something I always find very rewarding, and it's my favorite part.
