I would say three things. First, it's working with small businesses. I work with a lot of people who are passionate about their product or service. They started their businesses because they're trying to make the world a better place.
Being able to help them grow and succeed has been very rewarding for me. Second, I would say encouragement to be bold and innovative in digital marketing. You can be very creative and execute a lot of your innovative ideas, so I always enjoyed that part.
Lastly, I would say the opportunity to participate in different parts of the business. Sometimes you have to participate in pricing strategy, product development, or customer service. Being able to work holistically with the business and be involved in all of its parts is always very rewarding.
