What do you enjoy most about your current role?
I love learning directly from our customers and seeing the community engagement and reaction. This is why I love working in a physical goods retail space more than tech or services.
You're able to deliver a physical product that you feel emotional about and then get that emotional reaction from customers. I love tying all that back to the data and seeing how people respond through our email and ads.
Getting that reaction, insights, and new information is my favorite part. Obviously, motivating the team and the internal part of team management—getting everyone else excited about those same things—is also really fun.
