What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
My favorite part at this moment is solving problems and analyzing new initiatives. Previously, my answer would have been working with people, not just crunching numbers at my desk. I enjoyed talking to my business partners and learning more about the business.
That is still awesome, but recently I've gotten really into doing ad hoc analysis for new initiatives. I've found that very exciting, like solving a puzzle.
It could be related to something I know nothing about, like same-day radius expansion. These are specific to e-commerce industries, so it's something you learn on the job. I find that very exciting.
