How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

I would say people who can make decisions effectively and clearly, no matter what's going on around them. It's been a really interesting and volatile market period recently.

This has been fun and very challenging for me to really come into my role more within that environment. I would also say people who can both have those analytical skills and some type of computer proficiency.

You're working with Excel a lot and different programs. You need to be able to digest a lot of this information and analyze it all.

But then also, someone that has good communication skills. Someone who can speak to that client when things are happening in the markets. They can speak to a wider audience and really get that message across.

Not only say, "Hey, here's what I'm seeing, don't worry about it," but say, "Hey, here's what I'm seeing, and here's why you should."
