What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
My main responsibilities in my role now as an associate at the firm are to handle day-to-day litigation needs from start to finish. This applies whether we are on the plaintiff or defense side.
There will be things that come up in terms of the needs for discovery. We will draft documents, draft motions, and draft correspondence, including letters. Whatever comes up, I handle it.
