What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

The legal interest industry is a fascinating place. It's full of type A personalities who just want to win all the time.

But it's also full of people who care a lot about their communities. I think you'll often find that there are many who go to law school with the intention of making the world a better place.

Whether they end up in a job or their work is really aligned to their original goal, they still have that desire. So whenever you ask them to engage in the community, sponsor their time, donate their money, or personally mentor someone, they're usually the kinds of people who step up to that challenge.
