What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge in my role is that a lot of the work we do is incredibly complicated. This is because people come to us precisely because their situations are complex.
Often, I'm doing something I've never done before. "There's a first time for everything" has been my mantra since I got here. Every now and then, I encounter something very exciting that makes me feel a little more confident.
However, more often than not, I am indeed doing something for the first time.
